Mohammad Dawud

Mohammad Dawud thinks Osama Bin Laden deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. His reasoning is that Yassir Arafat got one and Bin Laden is a much bigger terrorist than him, so why not? And really, it's just crazy enough to happen. The kind of naive liberals who place a Peace Prize in Arafat's bloody hands could conceivably think Bin Laden deserves one, too.

Dawud was spouting his nonsense on the speaker's corner in Hyde Park in London when Amar C. Bakshi found him to profile him in "American Finds Islam in Jail; Moves to Saudi Arabia" in his very interesting "How The World Sees America" series. Yes, Dawud grew up in America to become a burglar and armed robber. He converted to Islam during his seven year sentence in a federal penitentiary in North Carolina.

Saudi Arabia's Wahhabi death cult has gained a monopoly on supplying Muslim clerics for the US prison system and aggressively recruits prisoners to become Muslim. At the end of his sentence, the Wahhabis brought him back to Saudi Arabia for three years of indoctrination on the Saudi's tab. Dawud refrains from naming his particular sponsors because they are enemies of America and because he claims that since the September 11 attacks, there has been an inexplicable "phobia" about training imams. Whodathunkit?

Dawud wants to see the world governed by Islamic Sharia law, which would fulfill the Prophet Mohammed's command to Muslims to make the whole world submit to Allah. He sees "pockets of Sharia" in America which make him happy but he wants the whole thing, “If we can take America, then why not?”
