The march came abreast of The Ellipse on the way to the Washington Monument.
Here a random thought occurred to me:
Would these people be marching to end the war if Hezbollah was winning?
Not a chance pal. Like all the "peace" marches in DC, this march was not populated by pacifists but by folks rooting for the other side. The only peace these Hezbollah fans wanted was the peace of a world that is completely Muslim, just like when they drove the Christians out of Lebanon.
If Hezbollah was winning, if Hezbollah was invading Israel, if Hezbollah was slaughtering Israelis en masse, these folks would be home happily watching it all on CNN, cheering and feasting, shouting "Allah Akbar!"

As we used to say in the Air Force, "SHACK!" (i.e. direct hit).
